Visa/Mastercard/American Express welcome; Corporate/UI accounts available; we are an authorized University of Iowa vendor.

Terms & Conditions

Reservations require prepayment with a credit card or approved corporate account. Extended-stay reservations require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the monthly rental rate. Our cancellation policy only permits refunds if we are able to rebook the room. Sorry, no exceptions.
